Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout.

• Express Shipping: Flat rate of $30 with estimated delivery in 2–3 business days.

Please note that delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped and do not include order processing time.

We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please email hello@loandcoshop.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
